Proactive Technology uses Proactive Lead Engine to receive information submitted through Meta lead forms and organize it in Odoo CRM.
Information We Process
Depending on the form you complete, we may process your name, email address, phone number, and company name. We also process Meta lead and Page identifiers to support the integration and prevent duplicate imports.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to your inquiries, contact you about the services you requested, follow up on business opportunities, and manage lead records in Odoo CRM.
Access and Service Providers
Information is processed through Meta and our Odoo system hosted on Odoo.sh. Access within Proactive Technology is limited to authorized personnel according to their responsibilities and permissions.
The current version of Proactive Lead Engine does not send lead information to AI or Lusha services. We will update this policy before introducing a new use that changes how we process your information.
Retention
For leads who do not become customers, we retain personal information for up to 12 months from receipt, then delete it or anonymize it, unless applicable legal requirements require further retention.
If you become a customer, information needed to deliver services and manage our relationship and transactions may be retained according to applicable requirements.

For deletion requests, use the subject “Data Deletion Request — Proactive Lead Engine” and include the email address or phone number you used in the lead form. Do not send passwords or payment information.
We may request limited information to verify that the request concerns your data. We will process your request and explain any information we must retain and the reason for retaining it.

We may update this policy when the application or our data practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
